Who We Are and What We Do
Creative Dynamics is a consulting, coaching and employee training organization that has provided customized training solutions since 1978. The goal of each coaching or training session is to teach leadership and job skills resulting with improved performance and permanent positive change. Specific industries that have used their services include: automotive, manufacturing, healthcare, financial, retail, hospitality, insurance, government, education, publishing and communication. Since 1978, they have trained over 250,000 individuals globally.
In September 2010, Creative Dynamics will launch a unique networking group in Southwest Florida that will meet weekly. The purpose of Friday Morning Jump Start is to give attendees a jump start for the up-coming week and to reap the rewards of partnering. The meeting cost is $10 including refreshments with no annual membership fee. Guests can attend one meeting at no cost.
About our Founder
Carol Marlow founded Creative Dynamics in 1978 and has received numerous awards for her innovative strategies leading to employee growth and development. She developed a Partnering Model which was embraced by both large and small companies as an intervention to promote a partnering culture. This model was published by the American Society of Training and Development.
She has instructed management courses at four major universities in both Michigan and Florida and holds degrees in both Education and the Behavioral Sciences. Ms Marlow’s background also includes serving as a Managing Director of a Business School and an Executive Director of a Labor-Management Association.
